Palestine supporters can now buy FIFA Arab Cup tickets

After a summer of waiting, Palestine will finally know where are they will play Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. In addition, their fans will, from today, be able to pre-order tickets to individual matches or a group of matches.

Palestine’s first match at the regional show peice will be on December 1st against Morocco which will be held in the Al-Janoub Stadium in Al-Wakrah

Three days later Palestine locks horns with Saudi Arabia in the Education City Stadium in Al-Rayyan.

The group stage concludes on December 7th at one of the most unique venues of the tournament, the Ras Abu Aboud Stadium, a Lego like structure set to be completely dismantled following the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Palestine will face Jordan just like they did in their last two major tournaments- the 2015 and 2019 Asian Cups.

For fans looking to purchase tickets, the process will be familiar to anyone who has purchased tickets for a World Cup or Euro match. A pre-sale event launches today and lasts until August 17th. Winners will be selected through a random draw but there will be further opportunities to purchase tickets. Keep in mind that the date of purchase does not impact chances of winning the draw.

Fans that are not selected in the draw will have an opportunity to purchase tickets on a first-come, first served basis between September 28th and October 12th.

Finally, there is a last minute ticket sales phase that will run from November 2nd through the last day of the tournament for those who struggle to plan ahead.

More information on ticket resale and distribution will be posted on the FIFA website in due time.

Ticket prices, unlike those for the World Cup Finals, are reasonable. Group Stage tickets will be sold for 25 Riyals (~$7), 40 Riyals (~$11), 65 Riyals (~$18), and 90 Riyals (~$25).

Prices go up for the Semifinal, Third Place, and Final Matches. All supporters are required to be fully vaccinated in order to enter FIFA Arab Cup venues.
