Palestine will face Kyrgyzstan, Sri Lanka, and Uzbekistan as they attempt to qualify for the U23 Asian Cup for only the second time in their history.

The group is somewhat difficult given Uzbekistan’s pedigree at this level and Kyrgyzstan’s status as group hosts.

Palestine was in Pot 2 ahead of the draw by virtue of their performance in the qualifying round for the last edition where they missed out on qualifying in spite of beating Bahrain and Pakistan and only narrowly losing to Japan.

Eleven group winners and the four best runner ups will join Saudi Arabia in the finals tournament due to take place in January 2026.

Players born on or after January 1, 2003 will be eligible tot take part in this competiton.

The qualifiers will take place on September 3rd, 6th, and 9th of this year.
